Greg is a full service broker, has an extensive marketing program and employs a team of creative professionals to implement the strategy. He provides a complimentary home staging consultation and in many cases, full furniture staging. He hires a professional photographer for every listing and his graphic designer creates a flyer/brochure plus e-flyer and 6×9 color target mailing card. A professional video tour is produced for each home; a valuable tool designed to reach the 92% of the buyers who determine which homes they’re interest in by shopping online first.
