I have represented hundreds of clients over the years: homeowners, soon-to-be homeowners, corporations, relocation companies & builders. My main market area is "The Eastside" of Lake Washington (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Sammamish & Bothell) and Seattle...But my real estate interest & enthusiasm knows no bounds, so I've also marketed & sold homes throughout King, Snohomish, Kitsap & Island Counties. Including North Bend, Lake Stevens, Maple Valley, Vashon Island & Bainbridge Island. I work out of the Bellevue-West office of Windermere because of it's great central location.
Personal
Age 50. Married for 27 years. We have 2 great daughters ages 20 & 18.
I was born & raised in the North Beach neighborhood of Seattle. Attended Ballard High School and graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) in 1979. Moved to Kirkland in 1980 and for the first 6 post-college years I worked across the lake at U of W doing cancer imaging research for the Divisions of Nuclear Medicine & Neurology. Then I went into real estate. What!? Well I always did have an interest & passion for real estate, and after all, I did get some "mileage" out of my Animal Science degree. In 1990, we moved from Kirkland to Redmond and have been there ever since.
Throughout the years we've supported our girls in all their sports & activities: soccer, softball (coached), basketball, varsity tennis, skiing (taught) and ski racing (youth club board member). When not selling real estate, I can usually be found with family & friends skiing (Stevens Pass, Crystal Mtn., Whistler/Blackcomb) or enjoying the sun & water at Lake Chelan.
